Founder & Managing Partner, Saif Zeraatian

In 2003, Saif started his journey into real estate with experience in the mortgage industry in Boston, Massachusetts (USA). He thereafter began a three-year stint in the family business focusing on Commercial Sales in Kuwait and the Middle East. In 2012, he started a boutique real-estate development and management company focusing on modern-residential buildings branded under FH Residence. Thereafter expanding into a full-fledged property development, material sourcing, asset and financial management company for selective private investors. Also, a co-founder of a digital tech company based in the Middle east that tailors home automation, customized curtains, blinds and sofas. Saif also successfully sold master franchise rights in a nutritional business to four different countries in the Middle East. In 2021, Noon Capital was born to expand the vision into the Canadian market. Saif graduated with an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University and a Master’s in Financial Engineering & an MBA from Columbia University with honors.

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer, Amir Zeraatian

After a junior work-experience with Fidelity Investments in Boston (USA), Amir started his career with the family business in 2009 being initially involved in the finance department as a Chief Accountant. He then grew into the Commercial Director of the company. He was also instrumental in the business development and strategic elements of Noon Global Kuwait, a diversified e company he had co-founded in 2012. Having personal investments in numerous successful technology-driven startups has allowed him to incorporate synergy and raise the required financial capital for a new business venture in Toronto Canada. Amir graduated with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University (Boston – USA) with honors. He obtained a Master of Science in Finance from Bentley University with high honors in 2008.
